Pickleball Rules in Brief
Doubles is 2 vs 2. Games go to 11, win by 2, and only the serving team scores (side-out scoring, called 0-0-2 to start). The serve and the return must each bounce once before anyone volleys, and no volleys from the kitchen, the 7 ft non-volley zone. A game takes 15–20 minutes, so most round robins run timed rounds of 10–15 minutes.
